A Taste of Happiness Awaits You

Create a sleep routine: Days are getting longer, making the outside time more enjoyable. However, cultivate and be consistent with a sleep schedule by waking up and going to bed at the same time every day. Utilize reminders to signal the start of your wind-down routine at night, and in the morning, use alarms to guarantee waking up at a set time.

Make exercise enjoyable!: Now that the weather is improving, opt for activities that are fun and enjoyable to you. Go for a scenic bike ride, rediscover a sport you used to practice or even improve a routine walk by listening to audiobooks or music. Best of all, do it with a friend and get your social connectivity hit as well!

Prioritize healthy eating through planning : To ensure a healthy diet you can try planning out meals for a week. Having a pre-established idea of what you’re eating for dinner encourages healthier eating habits and alleviates the stress of decision making. Spring is ideal to include more seasonal fruits and veggies in your diet. Visit your local Farmer Markets, and make a habit of enjoying fresh and local ingredients in your meals.
